Bonjour \u00e0 tous,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce premier chantier de l’ann\u00e9e sous le soleil a vraiment \u00e9t\u00e9 agr\u00e9able et productif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La r\u00e9colte a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s bonne, notamment en ce qui concerne le courge! Pommes de terre, betterave, quelques poivrons, tomates et aubergines, herbes aromatiques… les photos parlent d’elles-m\u00eames. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des salades arrivent et devraient se retrouver dans les sandwichs de la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria tr\u00e8s prochainement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’\u00e9quipe a tout de suite sem\u00e9 des l\u00e9gumes d’hiver afin que le sol ne reste pas \u00ab\u00a0nu\u00a0\u00bb afin de maintenir les nutriments en surface. Les \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9chets verts\u00a0\u00bb sont en cours de compostage et reviendront bient\u00f4t enrichir les parcelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
