Monticules de fumier et foin bien arros\u00e9s, la fermentation qui s&rsquo;y d\u00e9roule permet une forte \u00e9l\u00e9vation de la temp\u00e9rature qui, nous l&rsquo;esp\u00e9rons permettra de maintenir les serres hors gel cet hiver.
